Through my various positions, I have had many different stories to write.
While at Wartburg College I was involved in our campus newspaper and television station. This gave me the opportunity to write and produce feature stories, hard news, and sports.
When I interned at KWWL I did some writing for sports as I worked on the weekends in the fall.
At KCRG-TV9 I wrote a variety of stories and also edited stories for our on-air talent. I often called to confirm information used in our news stories online and in newscasts.
During my time with Townsquare Media as a Digital Managing Editor, I wrote many stories for our website, as we were a digital forward company. Later, I freelanced for them working with the Digital Content Producer on numerous advertiser-sponsored content initiatives.At Texas A&M University, I wrote press releases, handbooks, emails, and many other items as needed. During my time with Performance Health, I wrote articles highlighting products, athletic trainers, and physical therapists. I also write social media and email content. Now, I write various articles for media outlets and press releases as a part of my job with Los Alamos County.
