Los Alamos County: 2024 - Present
As the Marketing Specialist for the Community Development Department, I lead all our social media efforts on Facebook. Additionally, I manage and work with our external contractor to create content and collaborate with influencers for the Visit Los Alamos social media pages.

Performance Health: 2022 - 2024
As a Digital Content Producer, some of my role included creating social media content and copy that went out on our various channels. Since we had many brands under our name, we had 18 separate social media channels I helped schedule content for. This included highlighting products, employees, and other information in the Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapy space.
Texas A&M University (Faculty Affairs): 2020 - 2022
As the first communications specialist for the Faculty Affairs Office (previously the Dean of Faculties Office), I spearheaded the creation and utilization of our social media channels, as well as combined existing accounts. I created a calendar for our channels and posted accordingly. This role included creating all graphics and images used on our channels. As the sole manager, I responded to comments and helped highlight faculty achievements more frequently, engaging with posts from professors and students alike. I also served as a communications consultant to the four offices under ours for how they could best utilize social media.

Townsquare Media (Twin Falls): 2019 - 2020
During this role, I managed seven contributors on our stations (95.7 KEZJ, KOOL 96.5, 1310 KLIX, and 98.3 The Snake). I helped create strategies for the content on our websites that was used on social media. This included looking at SEO and what posts had the most engagement on social media. In reviewing our practices and audience interest based on brands, I increased Local Unique Views on the KEZJ website by more than 180% in less than a year, showcasing my ability to deliver measurable results. I also created recap videos of larger events and filmed Facebook Lives used on our channels and embedded them on our websites.
Grey Television (KCRG): 2017 - 2019
As a digital news producer, I was responsible for posting/scheduling posts 1-2 times an hour on our social media. With the slogan "Your 24-hour news source", I often updated or wrote stories online to post on our social media. I began a campaign to have us help build community and respond to our viewers in the comments, which was a budding idea at the time (more engagement meant higher rankings in the algorithm). I also led Facebook Live events between 5 a.m. and 2 p.m. Some of our largest posts were about missing people (Mollie Tibbetts), local concert announcements, and new companies coming or going out of the area.
Cedar Valley Today: 2015 - 2017
In my role at Wartburg College's Cedar Valley Today news show, I created and managed our social media channels. Some of the highlights of this experience were building the community from the ground up and live-tweeting presidential candidate visits during the 2016 election cycle. My role included being the sole poster of our social media. This included livestreaming each show, as well as cutting apart the show afterwards into smaller segments (by story) that were then posted on our YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook pages.

Quincy Media Quintern (KWWL): 2016
As an interactive intern on weekends, I created news and sports content to post on our social media pages, leading back to the content on our website. This included posting quarterly updates of college football games (Iowa, Iowa State, and the University of Iowa), that was easily sharable for people at home.
Rockwell Collins (Now Collins Aerospace) - 2016
During the summer after my junior year in college, I was a Media Relations Intern for Rockwell Collins. Some of my work included creating external videos to share on social media. This included making multiple social videos for a campaign we ran for National Aviation Day, sharing stories of #WhyIFly from our employees. I also created a video for July 16, to recognize Collins' radio technology used during the moon landing. One of my final projects for was creating a start-to-finish video of the company's flight displays.
