Ellyn Rose Felton
videography experience
Over the years I have done a variety of video work. My experience ranges from at work, volunteering for a nonprofit, interning in a corporate business, and participating in different classes at college as well as in extracurricular activities. Below you can find my work from different experiences - including one video recap I made just for fun!
A Week in Mexico
Run Time: 3 minutes 27 seconds
Filmed with an iPhone 11 Pro Max and a Dragon Touch 4K Action Camera. The video recap was made to highlight a trip taken in March 2020 to the Yucatán Peninsula just before the COVID-19 pandemic.
Hidden in the Heartland:
Sex Trafficking in Iowa
Run Time: 14 minutes
Filmed with JVCs for the Wartburg College Department of Journalism & Communication 2017 capstone class. The video was made by the Green Bridge Studios team, consisting of myself and five other classmates. For the film, I was a producer, writer, editor, and videographer. The documentary received third place at the 2018 Iowa College Media Association awards and is still used today for mandatory reporter training in Iowa.
